Статья посвящена проблемам влияние качества образовательной системы ВУЗов на процесс профессионального самоопределения обучающихся. В современном обществе роль высшего учебного заведения трансформировалась. От роли транслятора знаний переходит к роли звена, которое формирует конкурентоспособного, самоопределившегося и мобильного специалиста в разных сферах. В этом раскрывается актуальность темы. В работе выявлены и охарактеризованы основные элементы эффективной образовательной системы, которые воздействуют на профессиональное и личностное самоопределение обучающихся. На основе изученной информации, доказывается, что гибкость образовательной траектории, ведение проекто-исследовательской деятельности, внедрение тьюторов и интеграции с ведущими работодателями региона оказывают положительное и ключевое влияние на профессиональное самоопределение обучающихся. Сделан вывод о том, что современные учреждения высшего образования должны выстроить целостную образовательную среду, где образовательный процесс – это профессиональная практика.
The article is devoted to the problems of the influence of the quality of the educational system of universities on the process of professional self-determination of students. In modern society, the role of higher education institutions has been transformed. It moves from the role of a translator of knowledge to the role of a link that forms a competitive, self-determined and mobile specialist in various fields. This reveals the relevance of the topic. The paper identifies and characterizes the main elements of an effective educational system that affect the professional and personal self-determination of students. Based on the information studied, it is proved that the flexibility of the educational trajectory, the conduct of project and research activities, the introduction of tutors and integration with leading employers in the region have a positive and key impact on the professional self-determination of students. It is concluded that modern institutions of higher education should build an integrated educational environment where the educational process is a professional practice.
