Статья посвящена исследованию взаимодействия семьи и образовательной организации в современном образовательном контексте. Автор подчеркивает важность эффективного сотрудничества между родителями и школой и определяет подобное взаимодействие как неотъемлемый компонент, способствующий успешному развитию детей. В условиях быстро меняющегося мира, где образовательные подходы становятся все более разнообразными, важно, чтобы семьи активно участвовали в учебном процессе. В исследовании проанализированы четыре направления сотрудничества между образовательной организацией и семьей Г.И. Пигуль: просвещение родителей в области обучения и воспитания детей, организация совместной активности учащихся и родителей, основанной на поддержке, психолого-педагогическое сопровождение и помощь, привлечение родителей к участию в управлении образовательной организацией. В статье рассматривается модель вовлечения родителей в образовательный процесс школы, разработанная Гувером-Демпси и Сэндлером. В рамках данной модели рассмотрены различные формы взаимодействия, такие как участие родителей в школьных мероприятиях, совместные проекты и регулярное общение с педагогами. Автор акцентирует внимание на том, что активная вовлеченность семьи не только повышает мотивацию учащихся, но и способствует улучшению их академических достижений. Исследование подчеркивает необходимость разработки стратегий, направленных на укрепление связи между семьей и школой, что в конечном итоге приведет к достижению общих образовательных целей и гармоничному развитию детей.
The article is devoted to the study of the interaction of the family and the educational organization in the modern educational context. The author emphasizes the importance of effective cooperation between parents and the school and defines such interaction as an integral component contributing to the successful development of children. In a rapidly changing world where educational approaches are becoming more diverse, it is important that families actively participate in the learning process. The study analyzes four areas of cooperation between the educational organization and the family of G.I. Pigoult: educating parents in the field of education and upbringing of children, organizing joint activity of students and parents based on support, psychological and pedagogical support and assistance, involving parents in the management of an educational organization. The article examines the model of parental involvement in the educational process of the school, developed by Hoover-Dempsey and Sandler. Within the framework of this model, various forms of interaction are considered, such as the participation of parents in school events, joint projects and regular communication with teachers. The author focuses on the fact that the active involvement of the family not only increases the motivation of students, but also contributes to the improvement of their academic achievements. The study highlights the need to develop strategies aimed at strengthening the bond between family and school, which will ultimately lead to the achievement of common educational goals and the harmonious development of children.
