В современной системе театрального образования наблюдается значительная трансформация подходов к преподаванию актерского мастерства, обусловленная как эволюцией педагогических концепций, так и технологическим прогрессом. Настоящее исследование анализирует ключевые тенденции и инновационные методики в области театральной педагогики, выявляет их эффективность в контексте современных образовательных парадигм и предлагает интегративную модель преподавания актерского мастерства. На основе комплексного анализа эмпирических данных установлено, что наиболее результативными являются подходы, сочетающие классические методики (система Станиславского, техника Мейснера, метод Адлер) с интерактивными и иммерсивными технологиями. Исследование демонстрирует, что интеграция цифровых инструментов в традиционное театральное образование способствует формированию более глубоких профессиональных компетенций, повышает мотивацию обучающихся и развивает их адаптивность к изменяющимся требованиям театральной индустрии. Значимость работы определяется предложенной методологической рамкой для оценки эффективности образовательных подходов и практическими рекомендациями по оптимизации процесса подготовки актеров в современных условиях. Результаты исследования могут быть использованы при разработке учебных программ, стратегий развития театральных вузов и системы повышения квалификации педагогов актерского мастерства.
In the modern system of theater education, there is a significant transformation of approaches to teaching acting, due to both the evolution of pedagogical concepts and technological progress. This study analyzes key trends and innovative techniques in the field of theater pedagogy, identifies their effectiveness in the context of modern educational paradigms, and suggests an integrative model for teaching acting. Based on a comprehensive analysis of empirical data, it has been established that the most effective approaches are those combining classical techniques (the Stanislavsky system, the Meissner technique, the Adler method) with interactive and immersive technologies. The study demonstrates that the integration of digital tools into traditional theater education contributes to the formation of deeper professional competencies, increases the motivation of students and develops their adaptability to the changing demands of the theater industry. The significance of the work is determined by the proposed methodological framework for evaluating the effectiveness of educational approaches and practical recommendations for optimizing the process of actor training in modern conditions. The results of the research can be used in the development of curricula, strategies for the development of theater universities and a system for advanced training of acting teachers.
