В статье анализируются ключевые тенденции инновационного развития системы высшего образования в России в условиях цифровой трансформации. На основе комплексного исследования, включающего анализ статистических данных, экспертные интервью и моделирование, выявлены основные направления внедрения цифровых технологий в управление вузами. Результаты показывают, что цифровизация способствует повышению адаптивности и эффективности управленческих процессов, персонализации образовательных траекторий, развитию сетевых форм взаимодействия. Вместе с тем, акцентируется необходимость стратегического подхода к управлению инновациями, учитывающего риски и обеспечивающего устойчивость трансформационных изменений. Сформулированы рекомендации по совершенствованию моделей управления инновациями в вузах в контексте цифровизации. Полученные выводы вносят вклад в развитие теории и практики управления высшим образованием, открывая перспективы для дальнейших исследований.
The article analyzes the key trends in the innovative development of the higher education system in Russia in the context of digital transformation. Based on a comprehensive study, including analysis of statistical data, expert interviews and modeling, the main directions of the introduction of digital technologies in the management of universities have been identified. The results show that digitalization contributes to improving the adaptability and effectiveness of management processes, personalization of educational trajectories, and the development of network forms of interaction. At the same time, the need for a strategic approach to innovation management is emphasized, taking into account risks and ensuring the sustainability of transformational changes. Recommendations on improving innovation management models in universities in the context of digitalization are formulated. The findings contribute to the development of the theory and practice of higher education management, opening up prospects for further research.
