Статья посвящена актуальной проблеме юридического перевода как отдельного вида перевода. В условиях развития глобализации и укрепления межкультурных связей особую актуальность приобретает язык права. Таким образом, перевод юридических текстов играет существенную роль в современных процессах. В ходе изучения литературы и научных трудов современных ученых мы выяснили, что перевод понимается как объект вторичной коммуникативной деятельности, включающий в себя вариативную запись текста одного языка на другой язык, осуществляемую переводчиком с целью создания коммуникативно эквивалентного текста. Юридический перевод – это узкоспециализированный вид перевода текста, относящийся к области права и воспроизводящий правовое содержание. Специфика перевода юридических текстов основана на различиях в правовых системах разных стран, что указывает на необходимость знания специалистом культурных особенностей языка перевода. Независимо от содержания, все юридические тексты довольно однородны по своим типологическим признакам. К особенностям юридических текстов можно отнести наличие большого количества юридических терминов, жестко привязанных к правовой системе, которая имеет свои особенности, обусловленные различием правовых систем разных стран. Помимо культурных особенностей и наличия большого количества терминов, юридический перевод характеризуется богатыми стилистическими особенностями. Таким образом, было установлено, что юридические тексты схожи с научными текстами и текстами инструкции, выполняя как когнитивную, так и установочную функции. Синтаксис юридического текста отличается завершенностью структур и разнообразием средств, используемых для оформления логических связей. К особенностям перевода юридических текстов относятся канцелярские клише, архаичная лексика, преобладание глагольных форм настоящего времени, а также сложный синтаксис, который, несмотря на свою сложность, ориентирован на максимальную точность и однозначность высказываний.
The article is devoted to the actual problem of legal translation as a separate type of translation. In the context of the development of globalization and the strengthening of intercultural relations, the language of law is becoming particularly relevant. Thus, the translation of legal texts plays an essential role in modern processes. In the course of studying the literature and scientific works of modern scientists, we found out that translation is understood as an object of secondary communicative activity, which includes a variable recording of the text of one language into another language, carried out by the translator in order to create a communicatively equivalent text. Legal translation is a highly specialized type of text translation related to the field of law and reproducing legal content. The specifics of translating legal texts are based on differences in the legal systems of different countries, which indicates the need for a specialist to know the cultural characteristics of the target language. Regardless of the content, all legal texts are fairly homogeneous in their typological features. The features of legal texts include the presence of a large number of legal terms that are rigidly tied to the legal system, which has its own characteristics due to the differences in the legal systems of different countries. In addition to cultural peculiarities and the presence of a large number of terms, legal translation is characterized by rich stylistic features. Thus, it was found that legal texts are similar to scientific texts and instruction texts, performing both cognitive and installation functions. The syntax of a legal text is distinguished by the completeness of its structures and the variety of tools used to form logical connections. The peculiarities of translating legal texts include clerical cliches, archaic vocabulary, the predominance of verb forms of the present tense, as well as complex syntax, which, despite its complexity, is focused on maximum accuracy and unambiguity of statements.
