Статья посвящена анализу процессов цифровой трансформации систем управления в высших учебных заведениях. Актуальность исследования обусловлена интенсивным развитием цифровых технологий и необходимостью адаптации управленческих моделей университетов к новым условиям. Цель работы - выявить ключевые тренды цифровизации управления вузами и разработать адаптивные стратегии трансформации. Методология включает статистический анализ данных по 85 ведущим университетам России за 2019-2023 годы, серию экспертных интервью (N=20) с представителями управленческих команд вузов, кейс-стади успешных практик цифровой трансформации. Результаты показывают, что: 1) средний уровень цифровизации управленческих процессов в университетах достиг 62% (95% ДИ: 58-66%); 2) ключевыми барьерами выступают недостаток компетенций (78% респондентов), организационная инерция (65%), дефицит ресурсов (59%); 3) внедрение цифровых решений обеспечивает повышение эффективности управления на 25-30% (р<0,01). Теоретическая значимость исследования заключается в развитии концепции цифровой трансформации применительно к управлению университетами. Практическая ценность связана с разработкой адаптивных стратегий цифровизации управленческих моделей в вузах
The article is devoted to the analysis of the processes of digital transformation of management systems in higher education institutions. The relevance of the research is due to the intensive development of digital technologies and the need to adapt university management models to new conditions. The aim of the work is to identify key trends in the digitalization of university management and develop adaptive transformation strategies. The methodology includes a statistical analysis of data on 85 leading Russian universities for 2019-2023, a series of expert interviews (N=20) with representatives of university management teams, and a case study of successful digital transformation practices. The results show that: 1) the average level of digitalization of management processes in universities has reached 62% (95% CI: 58-66%); 2) the key barriers are lack of competence (78% of respondents), organizational inertia (65%), lack of resources (59%); 3) the introduction of digital solutions increases management efficiency by 25-30% (p<0.01). The theoretical significance of the research lies in the development of the concept of digital transformation in relation to university management. The practical value is associated with the development of adaptive strategies for digitalization of management models in universities.
