В статье рассматриваются ключевые аспекты цифровой трансформации управления в сфере высшего образования. На основе анализа современных исследований выделены основные тренды внедрения цифровых технологий в управленческие процессы вузов: использование Big Data для принятия решений, развитие онлайн-платформ для организации учебного процесса, автоматизация административных задач. Проведен опрос 120 представителей управленческого персонала вузов России, который показал, что 78% респондентов считают цифровизацию управления приоритетной задачей. При этом 54% отметили недостаточный уровень цифровых компетенций сотрудников как основной барьер цифровой трансформации. Сформулированы рекомендации по развитию цифровой культуры в управлении вузами и повышению эффективности внедрения технологических инноваций. Регрессионная модель позволила определить ключевые факторы, препятствующие цифровой трансформации управления в университетах: недостаток цифровых компетенций персонала (β=-0,352, p<0,001), ограниченность финансовых ресурсов (β=-0,241, p<0,01) и слабая координация инициатив (β=-0,197, p<0,05). Кластерный анализ выявил значительную дифференциацию вузов по уровню цифровой зрелости: лидеры (18,3%), характеризующиеся стратегической ориентацией на цифровизацию и развитыми компетенциями; последователи (44,2%) с фрагментарным внедрением технологий; отстающие (37,5%) с низким приоритетом трансформации. Исследование показало наличие разрывов в оценке важности цифровизации различными стейкхолдерами вузов и необходимость выработки сбалансированного подхода к управлению изменениями с учетом интересов всех групп.
The article discusses the key aspects of the digital transformation of management in higher education. Based on the analysis of modern research, the main trends in the introduction of digital technologies into university management processes are highlighted: the use of Big Data for decision-making, the development of online platforms for organizing the educational process, and automation of administrative tasks. A survey of 120 representatives of the management staff of Russian universities was conducted, which showed that 78% of respondents consider the digitalization of management a priority. At the same time, 54% noted the insufficient level of digital competencies of employees as the main barrier to digital transformation. Recommendations on the development of digital culture in the management of universities and improving the effectiveness of technological innovation are formulated. The regression model allowed us to identify the key factors hindering the digital transformation of management in universities: lack of digital competencies of staff (β=-0.352, p<0.001), limited financial resources (β=-0.241, p<0.01) and weak coordination of initiatives (β=-0.197, p<0.05). Cluster analysis revealed a significant differentiation of universities by the level of digital maturity: leaders (18.3%), characterized by a strategic focus on digitalization and developed competencies; followers (44.2%) with fragmented technology adoption; laggards (37.5%) with a low priority of transformation. The study showed that there are gaps in the assessment of the importance of digitalization by various university stakeholders and the need to develop a balanced approach to change management, taking into account the interests of all groups.
