Введение. В настоящее время одной из наиболее актуальных задач российской системы высшего образования является повышение эффективности подготовки студентов, что во многом предполагает переориентацию на индивидуализацию образовательного процесса. Данная тенденция нацелена на максимальный учёт особенностей каждого обучающегося и охватывает не только гуманитарные дисциплины, но и сферу физической культуры и спорта. Материалы и методы. Для всестороннего исследования проблемы были проведены анкетирование 65 студентов и 5 преподавателей факультета физической культуры и спорта одного из ведущих педагогических университетов Центрального федерального округа России, а также детальный анализ более 50 научных работ российских и зарубежных учёных по данной тематике. Методы исследования включали статистическую обработку полученных в результате опросов данных с помощью пакета SPSS и проведение полуструктурированных интервью с 8 респондентами. Результаты. Было выявлено, что лишь 37% респондентов удовлетворены качеством обучения, 68% преподавателей поддерживают идею индивидуализации. Анкетирование показало, что 53-61% студентов и 80% педагогов считают целесообразным выделение 30-40% учебного времени на занятия по индивидуальным планам. Полученные результаты обосновывают необходимость разработки и внедрения модели обучения, предусматривающей индивидуальные образовательные траектории у каждого студента с учётом его особенностей для повышения эффективности усвоения знаний.
Introduction. Currently, one of the most urgent tasks of the Russian higher education system is to increase the effectiveness of student training, which in many ways implies a reorientation towards the individualization of the educational process. This trend is aimed at maximizing the consideration of the characteristics of each student and covers not only the humanities, but also the field of physical culture and sports. Materials and methods. For a comprehensive study of the problem, a survey was conducted of 65 students and 5 teachers of the Faculty of Physical Culture and Sports of one of the leading pedagogical universities of the Central Federal District of Russia, as well as a detailed analysis of more than 50 scientific papers by Russian and foreign scientists on this topic. The research methods included statistical processing of survey data using the SPSS package and conducting semi-structured interviews with 8 respondents. Results. It was revealed that only 37% of respondents are satisfied with the quality of education, 68% of teachers support the idea of individualization. The survey showed that 53-61% of students and 80% of teachers consider it advisable to allocate 30-40% of the study time to classes according to individual plans. The results obtained substantiate the need to develop and implement a learning model that provides for individual educational trajectories for each student, taking into account his/her characteristics, in order to increase the effectiveness of knowledge acquisition.
