В современных условиях, когда образовательный ландшафт России переживает значительные трансформации, университетская автономия становится ключевым фактором развития высшего образования. Настоящее исследование направлено на анализ стратегий развития университетской автономии в контексте меняющихся требований и ожиданий образовательного сообщества. Материалы и методы. Исследование основывается на анализе статистических данных, опросах преподавателей и студентов ведущих российских университетов, а также на изучении лучших практик и международного опыта в области университетской автономии. Данные собирались в период с января по май 2023 года. Результаты. Анализ показал, что в условиях усиления глобальной конкуренции и изменения требований к качеству образования, университетская автономия становится ключевым инструментом повышения эффективности управления образовательным процессом. Исследование выявило, что наиболее успешные стратегии включают в себя разработку собственных образовательных программ, усиление партнерства с бизнес-сообществом, а также внедрение гибких систем управления и саморегуляции. Важным выводом исследования является важность участия студентов в протоколах управления. Такое участие повышает их удовлетворенность учебной программой и воспитывает чувство ответственности перед академической системой, а также развивает студенческое самоуправление. Создавая международные альянсы и устанавливая связи с промышленностью, можно изучить новые возможности для образовательных и научных предприятий, тем самым улучшая качество образовательных схем и увеличивая перспективы ученичества и трудоустройства после окончания колледжа.
In modern conditions, when the educational landscape of Russia is undergoing significant transformations, university autonomy is becoming a key factor in the development of higher education. This study aims to analyze strategies for developing university autonomy in the context of the changing demands and expectations of the educational community. Materials and methods. The research is based on the analysis of statistical data, surveys of teachers and students of leading Russian universities, as well as on the study of best practices and international experience in the field of university autonomy. Data were collected between January and May 2023. Results. The analysis showed that in the context of increasing global competition and changing requirements for the quality of education, university autonomy is becoming a key tool for increasing the efficiency of managing the educational process. The study found that the most successful strategies include developing their own educational programs, strengthening partnerships with the business community, and introducing flexible management and self-regulation systems. An important finding from the study is the importance of student participation in management protocols. Such participation increases their satisfaction with the curriculum and fosters a sense of responsibility towards the academic system, as well as developing student self-government. By building international alliances and establishing links with industry, new opportunities for education and research enterprises can be explored, thereby improving the quality of educational schemes and increasing apprenticeship and post-college employment prospects.
