В статье предложено теоретическое обоснование феномена креативной компетентности будущих специалистов в области инженерии с позиций компетентностного подхода. Показано состояние разработанности данного проблемного поля в научных исследованиях. Рассмотрены достижения отечественных и зарубежных ученых, посвященные изучению феноменологии креативности. При этом креативность рассматривается рядом исследователей как творческий процесс, выходным параметром которого становится как субъективно, так и объективно новый продукт. Раскрыты сущностные характеристики креативной компетентности будущих инженеров. В исследовании рассмотрены ключевые проблемы-вызовы современности. Особое внимание уделено решающей роли креативной компетентности инженерных кадров в разрешении вызовов XXI века. Выявлены структурные компоненты креативной компетентности и их содержательное наполнение. Обосновывается, что развитие инновационного потенциала Беларуси не представляется возможным без становления креативно-ориентированных инженерных кадров. При этом креативная компетентность выступает в виде катализатора инновационных процессов в промышленном секторе экономики, обуславливая перспективы развития устойчивого государства, предотвращая возникновение глобальных экологических, экономических и других кризисов. В свете этого подготовка подобных специалистов, которые смогут реализовывать экологические стратегии развития государства, внедрять ресурсоэффективные технологии, снижая вредное воздействие на природную и социальную среду и обеспечивая максимально возможное сохранение экосистем, будет выступать ответом системы национального образования на вызовы современности, реализуя проект долгосрочного устойчивого развития общества.
The article proposes a theoretical justification for the phenomenon of creative competence of future specialists in the field of engineering from the standpoint of the competence approach. The state of development of this problem field in scientific research is shown. The essential characteristics of the creative competence of future engineers are revealed. The study examines the key problems and challenges of our time. Particular attention is paid to the decisive role of the creative competence of engineering personnel in resolving the challenges of the 21st century. The structural components of creative competence and their content have been identified. The development of the innovative potential of Belarus is not possible without the development of creatively oriented engineering personnel, whose creative competence acts as a catalyst for innovative processes in the industrial sector of the economy, determining the prospects for the development of a sustainable state, preventing the emergence of global environmental, economic and other crises. Training such specialists who will be able to implement environmental development strategies of the state, introduce resource-efficient technologies, reducing the harmful impact on the natural and social environment and ensuring the maximum possible preservation of ecosystems will act as a response to the national education system to the challenges of our time, implementing a project for long-term sustainable development of society. The scientific works of many domestic and foreign scientists are devoted to the study of the phenomenology of creativity. Creativity (from the English creativity) is considered by a number of researchers as a creative process, the output parameter of which is both a subjectively and objectively new product.
